Brady and Andrea are the founders of Redbird Ranch. While many guests remember us from our days as Pheasant Run Ranch, we took time away to start a family and build other businesses. Few people have dedicated more of their lives to bird hunting than Mike Niles. For more than 40 years, Mike has guided hunters across more than six states. He trains top-notch Springer Spaniels and Labrador Retrievers through Niles Gun Dogs. Mike is also a respected figure in the waterfowl industry, serving as Director of Sales and Community Development for: Deception Decoy Company, Dogg Company, G&H Decoys and Herbert's Decoy Rigs. Mike brings a lifetime of experience, and an unmatched passion for bird hunting to every guest who visits Redbird Ranch.
Rooted in rural Kansas, Kaden & Emily have spent over a decade chasing upland birds and investing in rural communities. When not behind the smoker you may find Kaden and his Brittanys, Granger & Layla in the field. Kaden & Emily share the Redbird Ranch motto: unreasonable hospitality and unforgettable upland bird hunting experiences. They understand the stories around the table are just as important as the hunt itself. For the Roushs, Redbird Ranch is about more than just hunting- it is about preserving a way of life, with food that leaves people talking long after the plates are cleared.
Loren has helped shape the landscape at Redbird Ranch. Through our partnership with his company Prairie Proven Seed, he has helped us intentionally manage food plots for "Huntable Habitat." He believes that a great hunt starts long before opening weekend with commitment to premium milo genetics and standability. Loren is also the Founder of Meridian Sporting Club, Loren is creating a modern, membership driven community centered around curated outdoors experiences.
